Each AD&I practice is individually owned and operated by a licensed dentist, who is the Practice Owner, and supported by Affordable Care, the largest dental support organization in the U.S. focused on tooth replacement services. AD&I practices have an on-site dental laboratory, allowing the practice to provide same day dental services.

AD&I History
The first Affordable Dentures dental practice opened in 1975 in Kinston, North Carolina when founding dentists, Dr. George Edwards, Jr., and Dr. Donald Henson, saw a growing need in their community to provide dentures and tooth extractions at affordable fees. Today, Affordable Dentures is now known as Affordable Dentures & Implants, with expanded services that include dentures, extractions and dental implants.
Same-Day Dentures
The AD&I founders discovered how important it was to provide immediate dentures with same-day service, especially for patients who had traveled great distances, or for those who were taking time off work to get treatment. Same-day service made the practices very unique. To this day, almost every affiliated AD&I practice has its own on-site denture lab to offer efficient, convenient dental care for patients.
